  • 5 handfuls of spinach
  • 4 kale leaves
  • 10 large cannabis fan leaves
  • ½ cucumber
  • ½ lemon
  • 1 fuji apple or green apple for a more tart flavor

Method:
Add all of the above ingredients to your juicer and juice. Enjoy this juice immediately after for the best taste and texture. It will, however, keep for several hours.

Mint Green Juice

Ingredients:

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 green apple or red apple for a sweeter taste
  • 15 fresh cannabis leaves
  • 15 sprigs of fresh mint
  • ½ head romaine lettuce

Method
Add all of the above ingredients to your juicer and juice. Enjoy this juice immediately after for the best taste and texture. It will, however, keep for several hours.

Raw Cannabis Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 7 raw cannabis leaves
  • 1-inch fresh ginger
  • 1 sliced and frozen banana
  • ⅓ cup pineapple chunks frozen
  • ¼ cup coconut water
  • 1 small Persian cucumber
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 5 ice cubes

Method
Add the ingredients to a blender all at once and blend until it reaches a smooth consistency. Enjoy this smoothie immediately after for the best taste and texture. It will, however, keep for several hours.

Iced Vanilla Bean Matcha High Latte

I love that matcha is able to give the right amount of energy without any of the annoying caffeine jitters. It’s a beautiful color green, refreshing, but also a creamy dessert like a treat to ease cravings. Matcha contains a unique antioxidant known as catechins. The catechin EGCg (epigallocatechin gallate) provides potent cancer-fighting properties.

EGCg and other catechins can counteract the effects of things likes of pollution, UV rays, radiation, and chemicals, which can lead to cell and DNA damage. Matcha is also a helpful aid in weight loss, as it is nearly calorie-free and helps boost metabolism and burns fat. Matcha is also known to help in concentration and focus.

For this recipe, it’s best to use a blender to ensure it is properly mixed as matcha green tea powder has a tendency to clump easily.

Ingredients:

  • almond milk (or regular milk) ice cubes (4 cubes), plus more for serving
  • 1 cup (250 mL) unsweetened almond, coconut milk or regular milk
  • 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean powder or 1 vanilla bean*, seeded
  • 2 teaspoons honey or sugar (properly and individually desired dose of cannabis honey or cannabis sugar to substitute part of this measurement)
  • 6 raw cannabis leaves
  • a blender

Method
Make sure to freeze your almond milk cubes at least 3-4 hours before making these recipes!

  • Add a cup of almond milk, matcha powder, vanilla, cannabis honey into the blender and blend to ensure its properly mixed
  • Add the frozen almond milk ice cubes and blend on high speed for 20 seconds to ensure it gets nice and frothy.
  • Add 4 ice cubes to a glass – pour the blended mix into the glass and enjoy

Peppermint Cannabis Milkshake (Gluten-free vegan option)

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1-1.5 large frozen banana (peel before freezing) (I used 1.5 bananas)
  • 1-1.25 cup of milk (almond, soy, hemp, rice or regular)
  • Handful of fresh mint leaves, stems removed
  • 1-2 handfuls spinach (for color and health)
  • 1/8-1/4 tsp peppermint extract (optional)
  • Properly and individually desired dose of cannabis tincture, cannabis coconut oil or cannabis honey and or 6 raw cannabis leaves
  • 1-2 tbsp chopped dark chocolate, for garnish
  • Blend

Method:
Add in all of the ingredients except the chocolate into a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust to taste and serve with a garnish of chopped dark chocolate and mint leaves.
